Was at New River Marine Air Station visiting my son, a member of HMH-464, when I chanced on Muddy’s! Great coffee and a chance talk to Gunnery Sargeant Waters, a.k.a. ‘Muddy’. I did my standard QC test with a double expresso, and I wasn’t disappointed! Great coffee near base, this is it!

Stumbled across this place on the drive down to Wilmington and was impressed! We were greeted with smiles upon entering, and the family appeared to be homeschooling their kids. I ordered a large French vanilla coffee, and the flavor was perfect. They don't skimp on their beverage sizes, and service was prompt. Everything you could ask for in a coffee house. I'll be sure to return next time I'm in town. This is a lovely family owned establishment with delicious coffee and if I lived in the area, I'd make it my regular spot.

AWSOME people and the coffee is fresh roasted! Fantastic snacks and soup or sandwiches. I can get something everyday and it not be the same boring things. A in my opinion!

My husband and I were traveling and happened across Muddy's while looking for a sandwich shop. I'm really glad we did! From the start we had great customer service, and the food was very tasty. Seemed a tad pricey, but it wasn't a deal breaker. I would definitely recommend it if you're looking for something new and want to support some local business!

First time today! Was greeted right when I walked in Great customer service from the guy! Loved the food and customer service will be returning ! Ps- I ordered a chicken salad kids meal good price for chips drink pickle and sandwich 8 and very FRESH!

Great Coffee & Service, Even Better Story Enjoyed going to a coffee shop that has a story to tell and it’s easy to tell this coffee shops story the second you walk in! Retired Gunnery Sargeant Waters, a.k.a. ‘Muddy’ and his wife deliveries coffee & eats with the same care they gave the Corps! You are sure to feel welcome, like visiting an old friend. His business supports the Marines at New River & Camp Lejeune and the plaques of apperception adorn the wall.

Today I decided to try out new local coffee shops when this coffee shop appeared. I was greeted by this lovely couple as soon as I walked in. The sweet cashier was able to recommend some of their flavors. I also ordered a sausage, egg and cheese croissant. Everything was ready 3 minutes after I sat down! I highly encourage anyone around the surrounding area to try a coffee here!

We ordered hot lattes, carmel and mocha! They are excellent. We have been traveling the Southeastern US and this coffee rates in our top 2 coffee shops. I also appreciate the family ambiance and request for no foul language. It is refreshing.
